The third quarter of 2025 saw interesting trends for sandbox-like games on the Android platform in Oceania. Here's a look at how the top five games performed in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

Roblox from Roblox Corporation experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, starting at around $325K and peaking at approximately $394K by the end of September. The game saw a dip in weekly downloads mid-quarter, hitting a low of 19.5K, but recovered to 47.4K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users fluctuated, starting at 778K and ending at 796K.

Minecraft: Dream it, Build it! by Mojang saw steady weekly revenue, ranging from $13.5K to $20K. Downloads were relatively stable, with a slight increase, peaking at 439 in mid-September. Weekly active users began at 9.7K, decreasing to a low of 6.5K, before recovering slightly to 7.4K.

OneState RP - Role Play Life from ChillBase showed a gradual increase in revenue, reaching a high of $4.8K mid-September. Downloads, however, declined from 994 to 613 by the end of the quarter, while active users saw a decrease, starting at 810 and dropping to 498.

IMVU: Social Chat & Avatar app by IMVU, Inc. had consistent weekly revenue around $1.9K, with a slight drop to $1.3K at quarter's end. Downloads spiked early August at 667, but declined to 76 by the end of September. Active users reached a peak of 668 mid-August before settling at 302.

Melon Sandbox from playducky.com maintained stable revenue, peaking at $1.2K by the end of September. Downloads saw some fluctuation, with a high of 2.3K in early August, ending at 1.9K. Weekly active users started at 67K and increased to 68.6K by the end of the quarter.
